Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and providing us with a map to help us navigate the city. We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, as well as the super clean cleanliness. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to all the major sights and attractions of the city.

The only downside we experienced was the slow and sometimes unreliable WiFi connection. It would often stop working momentarily, a bit frustrating.

I recently had an amazing stay in Venice at a hotel located in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Rialto bridge and near the St Mark's Square on the water-front. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious marble bathroom. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel like a special guest. The breakfast had a good variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel provided a wonderful experience with its excellent facilities and advantageous location.

The only downside was that the breakfast was average and could have been better.

It was so convenient to explore the city, and I made sure to book a private water taxi which added an extra touch of luxury to my trip. the breakfast served at the hotel was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Its prime location and top-notch service make it the ideal base for exploring the city.

Some minor issues with room maintenance, as the tube of shower gel in our bathroom was not replaced without request.
